Isaac Kojo Jonah is a Ghanaian-born Global Citizen and Chairman of Business District International's Advisory Board. He has over twenty-five (25) years of work experience with ten (10) years in Top Level Executive Leadership positions and over thirteen (13) years in Strategic Top Level Management positions in both Public and Private Sector global institutions.
As Chairman, Kojo provides leadership in setting strategic direction and policy formulation for the company. He is a Global Economist, Governance Architect Expert, Entrepreneur, Technological Innovator and Legal Transactional Expert. His professional consulting network has a global reach, having consulted for 97 Central Banks, 9 UN Agencies, 76 Global Commercial Banks, 44 Investment Banks, 55 Private Equity & Venture Capital Firms, and 13 Insurance Firms.
Kojo has also consulted for the European Union, Asian Development Bank, Africa Development Bank, Nestlé, Unilever, Coca Cola Company, PepsiCo, Kaiser Aluminum and MasterCard Foundation. He is a visiting Professor of Economic Innovation & Law at the University of Oxford (Saïd Business School), Yale Law School, MIT (Sloan School of Management) and Tsinghua University.
Paul A. Ansah is a graduate of the University of Glasgow, UK, an alumnus of Adam Smith Business School with an MSc in Investment Banking & Finance. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics & Geography from the University of Ghana and has over fifteen (15) years of work experience with eight (8) years in Executive Management Level and six (6) years in Top Senior Management Level in both International and National Management Consulting.
He has acted as Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Business District on many occasions. His expertise covers Debt & Global Credit Risk Management, Venture Architecture, Finance & Investment Modelling, Business & Financial Analytics, Monetary Policy Analysis, Securities & Derivatives, Financial Markets, Mergers & Acquisition, Advanced Portfolio Analysis, Financial Modelling, Private Equity & Venture Capital Financing, Enterprise Valuation, International Financing & Debt Negotiations, and Complex Business Restructuring & International Management Consulting.
Group Captain Retired Samuel Osae Agyei is a Business Executive and a Retired Group Captain of the Ghana Air Force with over 40 years of working experience in the aviation industry. He holds a certificate in Electrical Engineering from Accra and Kumasi Polytechnic, a Postgraduate Diploma in Aerial Photography (Survey Flight) at Air Navigation School, Royal Airforce UK, and a Postgraduate Diploma in ITC Engineering from the International Institute of Aerial Survey and Earth Sciences (ITC) in Netherlands.
He attended the Squadron Officer School (SOS) at Air University, Maxwell Airforce Base, Montgomery, Alabama, USA. He held positions of Director of Public Relations at the Ghana Armed Forces, Acting Director of Protocol at the Ministry of Defence, Senior Air Staff Officer, Senior Operations Staff Officer and Chief Ground Instructor at the Flying Training School at Air Force Station Takoradi.
Mr. E. A. Agyei is a Business Executive, a Pharmaceutical & Quality Control Assurance analyst and an Industrial Relations Practitioner with over 35 years of working experience as a quality assurance officer (Industrial Pharmacy) and 45 years as a Trade Unionist.
He rose through the ranks to become the Chief Quality Assurance Officer in Industrial Pharmacy at the Research and Development section of the Quality Assurance Department of Phyto-Riker (GIHOC) Pharmaceutical Ltd. He held the position of National Chairman for the Ghana Industrial Holding Corporation Workers Union Council, Divisional Chairman and National Vice Chairman of the General Transport, Petroleum and Chemical Workers Union of Trades Union Congress Ghana. He was also part of the technical committee of a thirty-three million Euro (€33 million) loan/grant for a turn-key pharmaceutical plant extension at GIHOC Pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Joseph Gyan Agyei is a Business Executive and an Auditor by profession, a graduate of SNAPS College of Accountancy and Takoradi Polytechnic with HND in Accounting with specialization in auditing. He has over 44 years of experience in the practice of auditing.
Mr. Agyei rose through the ranks from Assistant Internal Auditor to the position of National Head of Audit for the Presbyterian Church of Ghana (PCG) Headquarters. He also worked for sixteen (16) years at GNTC, rising through the ranks from audit assistant to Acting Internal Audit Manager for Western and Central Region.
